Instructional Focus

Wawecus Road School will participate in a school wide coordinated effort to have all students demonstrate measurable growth in their ability to effectively communicate through writing. This will be achieved through instruction in open response writing, question comprehension, and vocabulary building skills. Growth will be measured by MCAS, MAP, DRA, DIBELS, and schoolwide writing rubrics.
